Meet The Team

Tim Dignan retired in 2024 after 32 years in education. Tim served as the TVUSD Director of Alternative Education during his last five years. During three of those years he also served as the principal of RVHS, SNHS and TVAS. Prior to that, he was principal at Temecula Luiseno Elementary and Rancho Elementary for 9 years. Tim has great passion for supporting all students by helping them find their individual purpose through meaningful career exploration and opportunities.

Mary Ann is a 34 year resident of Temecula. Together with her husband of 42 years,
raised two children who attended elementary, middle and high school in TVUSD
schools. She currently has two adult children teaching and leading in TVUSD and four
grandchildren attending area schools.
Mrs. Cunningham was very active in our schools. She served on the PTA boards of the
three schools her children attended, the President of two sites and served two years as
Temecula Council President. She has worked in the schools and is currently an on-call
classified substitute.
In her professional life, Mary Ann spent 30 years in banking and retired in 2019 after as
Vice President/Customer Service Manager of the local bank. During her career, she
volunteered with Junior Achievement of San Diego and taught Project Business in
Middle and High Schools in San Diego County and oversaw the JA Bank. She is a past
member of the Temecula Noon Rotary and Past Treasurer and a past Board member of
the Inland Valley Habitat for Humanity.
Mary Ann loves to see all students THRIVE and excited to be part of launching this
foundation!

Tim Ritter served as TVUSD Superintendent from 2010- 2020. He retired after 36 years in education, 19 of those years in TVUSD. In May 2013, He was named Certificated Administrator of the Year by the Riverside County Office of Education. He briefly returned from retirement for 9 weeks in 2022 when he served as assistant principal for both RVHS and SNHS. Tim's children and grandchildren have benefited from both schools, and he is passionate about providing additional support to their current and future students.
