Student Opportunities through Alternative Resources
SOAR Foundation
Our Story
The SOAR Foundation was created to support Rancho Vista and Susan Nelson, two alternative high schools that serve all students in Temecula, California. These schools serve students from Great Oak, Temecula Valley, and Chaparral High Schools giving them an alternative path in education.

SOAR offers crucial resources and opportunities for students such as after school clubs, family events, sports, college & career, and more.
Mission Statement
SOAR aims to achieve three critical goals:

-
Enhancing campus life by supporting career exploration, team-building activities, guest speakers, and incentives to promote positive behavior and academic success, fostering leadership, motivation, and resilience among students.

-
Hosting activities that bring students, parents, and teachers together strengthening community bonds and providing families with resources to support student success.

-
Supporting athletic club teams at Rancho Vista High School by covering the cost of uniforms, tournament fees, travel expenses, and supervision, ensuring athletic programs are accessible to all students, regardless of financial circumstances.
